This project is meant to help fellow Flame users be more comfortable and keen to use python scripting whenever it might makes sense, or just to play around, discover new possibilities and add tools to your own box.
The goal of this project is to provide:
– Snippets of code to serve as ‘real life’ examples, which should be complementary to the documentation and maybe more beginners friendly.
– Fully functional utilities (copy/paste and run in the console).
– More complex apps.
– Hooks installer (deprecated).
– Packages of utilities and apps with their installer (deprecated).
– Generic simple Python bits.
– Links to other useful resources.
…
The goal is not to teach about python or Flame in a teaching way, but rather to help each others by sharing bits of knowledge and ideas, but if you’re interested in typical (more academic) learning, or need to look in the official docs, have a peak in the ‘Useful Links’ section. There you’ll find links to the Flame docs and some python learning (or references) related stuff.
If you find some code that is not the prettiest or the most efficient way to achieve something, please chime in.
I removed the poor forum pages from this website, but you can ask questions there now: https://forum.logik.tv/
Hope you’ll find this useful!
Cheers,
Stefan.
